Q. What is the purpose of an online consultation?
A: Online consultations are a unique and creative way to use Internet technology to connect patients to medical doctors. Using this ordering format, the patient can bypass having a traditional medical examination with a physician, and instead will fill out a questionnaire online, which is then dispatched to a medical doctor using our safe, secure ordering system. An online consultation is not a substitute for a traditional medical examination; it simply serves as a means for patients to access treatment for a number of medical conditions that do not require a full, in-person medical examination.
